Unable to install quick time, Itunes requires quicktime.

Solution:

Go to c:/Documents and Settings / [your username] /Local Settings

Delete the “Temp” folder.

white screen

Solution:

Try to hold Menu + SELECT for 10s while it is off.

Or:

Holding down the home button and volume up button then while still holding those buttons,hold the power off button and hold that until you see the the welcome screen.
